Hafeza got justice through MSP

Bangladesh is going upward economically day by day. Different constructive and unenthusiastic elements are coming in the society besides economical changes. In one point a group of people are working hard to bring changes in the society in the other hand some of the beguile people are making noise of dirtiness. There, eve teasing is coming as big social depravity. On the other hand there are reducing the opportunity to get justice. But some of the devoted people of the society are working to bring changes and they are working for social justice.

Dakhinail village under Durgapur upazila of Netrakona district was reported area for immoral act. There, Hafeza Akter is passing her life joyfully with her husband Babul Mian. One day she became voiceless as wooden puppet, because she was bitten by Vhikkhu Mian of same village from a family incident in 1 May 2015. Everyone of the village was silent viewer. They did not help her to find a solution of the problem. She became upset and cannot take decision to do something. After that she decided to go police station and put a case against Vhikkhu Mian.

In the mean time, MSP member of the locality got news about the incident. They forced to Vhikkhu Mian to sit a mediation process. Vhikkhu Mia is forced to sit in the arbitration by the initiative of the local elite person and MSP. It is proven in the arbitration that the Vhikkhu Mian is guilty and Hafeza is innocent. Vikkhu Mia understands his faults and he became repentant. In the presence of the local elite and MSP member he apologizes to Hafeza. Vikkhu Mia makes promise that he will never raise hand on women. He will take care of Hafeza as his sister.

We got a massage from this incident that if human rights related CBOs will be strong and active and responsible than any kinds of social conflict will be mediate successfully. People will get justice and social condition will be affectionate after successful initiative of local elite and CBOs.
