The minimum required for a computer to install Windows 11
- 1 GHz or higher speed processor
- At least 4 GB RAM
- 64 GB free storage
- The system firmware must be in UEFI mode and
- Must have TPM 2.0 chip
In many cases, Windows 11 cannot be installed even on a computer with a high configuration. If the boot style of your hard drive is in GPT mode and the TPM chip is enabled, then your PC is supposed to be ready for Windows 11 updates. First go to Windows settings. From there go to Update & Security and click on Windows Insider program. If you haven't already joined the Insider program, click Get Started. Then click on Link An Account and sign-in with your Microsoft account. Once signed in, select Dev Channel in the next window and confirm.
Currently you need to install Windows 10 anew before updating from settings. However, the beta version usually has some errors. If you want to avoid these problems, wait for the full version of Windows 11.
